FALL FORMATION OPPORTUNITIES
CHILDREN & YOUTH
Held between the 8 AM and 10 AM worship services in the Patio Room, our Adult Ed classes are open to all Teens and Adults looking to learn more about and freely discuss the Bible, Christianity, and individual relationships with Christ. The focus of each study series changes seasonally, announced during Sunday worship services and in our weekly e-newsletter. For more information on our current Adult Sunday study, feel free to contact the church office or subscribe to our e-news.
Our Children’s Sunday School is offered every Sunday during the school year. Children begin with their families in the church at 10 AM and soon depart as a group for Sunday School, held in one of our classrooms. Children and teachers return to the church in time for Eucharist.
Children’s Sunday School at COGS is for all children through grade 6. (Teens and adults are welcome to help with training.)
If you have any questions or would like more info, please contact our Children’s Ministry Director.
Infants, toddlers, and preschoolers are invited to join us in the Nursery from 9:45 AM through the end of 10 AM Sunday services. Their dedicated space on the first floor of the education building is ready with music, snacks, age-appropriate activities, and places to nap. Little ones are welcome to spend all or just part of the service with our team of dedicated Nursery staff.
Caregivers are versed in infant CPR & first-aid, certified according to the Diocesan Safeguarding policy, and have undergone background checks.
If you have any questions or would like more info, please contact our Children’s Ministry Director.
Special studies and classes are held throughout the year on weekdays and evenings. New classes will be announced during Sunday worship services, through our e-newsletter, and here on our website.
