Pack-A-Sack provides weekly, packaged meals and snacks each Friday during the school year to food-insecure children at local elementary schools. Members of the church donate funds or shop for the food, and team members pack it.
The COGS Pack-A-Sack team currently provides 100+ weekend food packs to Dunedin Elementary School children every week during the school year. That translates to nearly 4,000 "sacks" a year! That's a lot of buying, sorting, and packing. Please prayerfully consider gifting your time, talents, or treasure to this essential ministry.
We are pleased to be recipients of a 2026 grant from the City of Dunedin for this important ministry. Our volunteers work hard packing sacks during the school year, but they are also busy behind the scenes year round securing donations and other funding.
