Caring for Our Farm Workers

CHRISTMAS GIFTS FOR FARM WORKERS AND THEIR FAMILIES

For over 25 years, COGS has collected items, during the Christmas season, for 200-300 of the 10,000 farm workers and their families in Pasco County. This year we will continue our Christmas-time tradition gathering items donated in love for our neighbors.

Items needed this year:

Bins will be located in the church and in Kirk Hall where you can put your gifts.

You may also donate money allowing us to shop for you. Checks should be made out to COGS and noted “Farm Workers Account.” You may also choose to use REALM to donate online or our Text-To-Give option using your phone, again indicating “Farm Workers Account” in the comments/memo area.

Farmworkers Self Help and Resurrection House Mission will distribute our gifts to the families just before Christmas. They carefully choose gifts appropriate for each family member. Please call Sheila Scott at 850-628-2080 or email jsscott75@gmail.com for more information or with your offer to help.
